What if the points didn’t credit ?
Offers from the Surveys, Ad tasks, Deals, Shop and Travel displays a frequency tab, which shows the number of times a member can participate in an offer. Majority of the offers can only be participated in for once unless otherwise stated on the offer instructions.
These offers usually credit within a few minutes and a maximum time of up to 7 days.
If after this time period, credit was not received, a member can re-attempt to take the offer. After two attempts, if the credit is not received, it means that the offer completion did not pass the advertiser’s quality guidelines.
Offers from each Offerwall areas, contain a support option, usually located on the top left or right to view the status of your tasks. Please allow at least 24 hours before contacting any offerwall area about missing points.
