Why can’t I see chat window ?

Chat is available to every member. But if chat is misused, you may be banned from the chat for reasons such as , posting inappropriate content, promoting another website or service, abusing other members etc.

As long as your account is not in violation of the rules of the chat, you should be able to access it.
